Roche Constructors completed the third floor build-out of the Applied Technology and Trades Center at Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado.
EducationWhen the Aims Applied Technology and Trades Center was built, the third floor space was not finished due to budgetary issues. Once funding was available, Roche Constructors completed the build-out, which included overhead electrical drops as well as a new compressed air system to accommodate new equipment. Floors were sealed and polished, and coridoor walls were constructed from glass to allow light transfer throughout.
The third floor houses additional lab space for the robotics and manufacturing departments and new classroom and office space for the respective departments.
