Roche’s second project at Monarch Casino involved renovating 20,494 square feet across multiple areas of the resort. The comprehensive renovation included 8,345 square feet of dock, receiving, and warehouse space plus 12,149 square feet on the third floor for specialty dining and gaming. Project highlights:
