Located in the Shadow Mountain Shopping Center in northern Las Vegas, Seafood City Marketplace is a 28,000-square-foot Filipino marketplace that offers everything from fresh produce to ready-to-eat Filipino cuisine. Roche Constructors was tasked with extensive demolition and reconstruction work to create this vibrant retail space.
Our scope of work included installing new underground plumbing and refrigeration systems, as well as a complete exterior facelift. This project is a testament to our ability to handle complex retail renovations with precision and care.
Arroyo Market Square Construction
