Roche Constructors was awarded the contract for renovating two locations for SummitStone Health Partners in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The facility located at 4856 Innovation Drive will include the renovation of the existing administration office. Roche completed the original build-out of this space in 2019 and will now remodel 8,283 square feet to accommodate SummitStone’s growing administrative needs.
While the Innovation Drive location is under construction, Roche will also work on a new care facility for SummitStone located at 1313 Riverside Avenue. The former 5,636-square-foot medical clinic will be taken down to studs on the interior and completely refinished. The scope of work includes a new fire suppression system, which will require a new fire line into the building from a connection point at Riverside Avenue. The building will also receive new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Construction will begin once the permits are released, and the projects will be finished in five months.
