Dayspring Christian Academy awarded Roche Constructors the contract for a 30,000-square-foot addition as well as a renovation to their existing school building in Greeley, Colorado.
Roche will build a new two-story, K-6 classroom building with a basement. Renovation work to the existing PK-12 building will include removing a portion of the exterior wall to create a new enclosed vestibule space. A canopy will be installed at the new point of entry that will match the entry on the new K-6 building. Also, we will be renovating a classroom to create an office and library media center. Finally, wall finishes, flooring, and acoustical ceiling tiles throughout the building will be updated. The square footage for this work is approximately 2,100 square feet.
Construction will start in March 2024, and the project is scheduled for completion in March 2025.
