Roche Constructors was awarded the contract for a new 25,000-square-foot building for Crown Pointe Academy, a charter school in Westminster, Colorado.
The building will house pre-kindergarten through second grade students. In addition to 12 traditional classrooms, the facility will have a special education classroom, art/music flex space, library/media center, cafeteria and activity room, offices, conference room, and administrative space.
Roche is also responsible for developing the four-acre site, which is located across the street from the Academy’s existing facility. This includes a playground, outdoor learning space, parking lot, and pick-up and drop-off lanes.
Preconstruction will start immediately with construction scheduled to start in June 2025. The building will be complete in June 2026.
