Project Estimator
Our Project Estimator position involves reviewing project plans and specifications to identify potential risks, defining subcontractor work scopes, completing pricing and take-offs, monitoring subcontractor coverage, corresponding with architects and engineers, and providing estimating support to other company divisions while also improving subcontractor relationships and staying informed of bid market conditions.
Project Engineer
To ensure the successful completion of construction projects, the Project Engineer evaluates contractor bids, oversees construction progress and scheduling, and provides technical support for construction staff. The position also reviews design and bidding documents and operates under the direction of the Project Manager.
