Roche was awarded the contract to build the new Sunbelt Rentals store in Johnstown, Colorado. Construction will start June 1st with completion scheduled for January 2024.
The 10,571-square-foot store will be a pre-engineered metal building on a slab-on-grade foundation system with metal panels and a masonry façade. In addition to the sales floor area, the building will also feature a maintenance shop with hydraulic and compressed air equipment, a wash bay, offices, and restrooms.
Roche is also responsible for the site development, which consists of two feet of over-excavation, utility installation, paving, masonry screen walls, fencing, landscaping, and an equipment charging port.
