Poudre School District R-1 awarded Roche Constructors, in partnership with COLLAB Architecture, the design-build accessibility improvements project for Timnath Elementary School in Timnath, Colorado.
The goal of the project is to improve ADA accessibility within the historic school, which was constructed in 1919. Scope of work includes the addition of an elevator and ADA-compliant ramps and sidewalks.
The scope of work will be refined as the project moves through preconstruction and design.
Construction will take place during the summer of 2023.
