Roche Constructors was awarded the contract to enclose the existing rooftop patio at Ginger and Baker. Located in an historic building in Fort Collins, Colorado, Ginger and Baker is a gathering space with a market, bakery, cafe, fine dining, teaching kitchen, event space, and outdoor patios.

Designed by VFLA Architecture + Interiors, the scope of work consists of enclosing an existing patio to create an indoor dining area. Roche will remove the existing pavers and re-install them and use steel structure and skylight framing to create the enclosure. Structural insulated panels will be used to complete the non-skylight section of the roof. The space will be fully heated and cooled.

The project has a 103-day duration with construction anticipated to start in late July.
