Roche Constructors has been awarded a new Truck Service Center in Greeley, Colorado, for Inland Truck Parts Company.
Located on an eight-acre site at 2825/2829 1st Street, the service center will be a 36,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building with a mezzanine. The building will be primarily used for warehousing parts and servicing vehicles. There will also be 8,000 square feet of finished office space that will consist of offices, sales desk, and locker rooms.
The remainder of the site will be covered with concrete pavement.
Construction will start in mid-April and be finished in mid-January 2022.
