As Roche Constructors continues to establish themselves as a premier Northern Colorado commercial construction company, they are taking on projects in industries that are newer to them.
Greeley Village Assisted Living & Memory Care is the first Senior Living project that they have completed. Partnering with Keystone Senior Living, LLC and JZW Architects, this project was completed through CM/GC Cost Plus with GMP methods. The 51,082 square foot project sits on 5.7 acres.
Of the 54 assisted living residences, there are 12 one-bedroom units and 42 studio units. In addition to the living units, the facility is home to a spacious lobby, a high-end library area, a large dining room with kitchen, private dining space, fitness center, activity rooms, gathering space, and salon.
The exterior features a covered back patio and barbecue area with a small putting green, raised garden beds, fire pit, and playground for visiting children.
Even within a new industry, the Roche team completed the job right, on time and on budget.
