Project Description

The store in Johnstown, Colorado, is a 10,571-square-foot pre-engineered metal building on a slab-on-grade foundation system with metal panels and a masonry façade. In addition to the sales floor area, the building features a maintenance shop with hydraulic and compressed air equipment, a wash bay, offices, and restrooms.

Roche was also responsible for the site development, which consisted of two feet of over-excavation, utility installation, paving, masonry screen walls, fencing, landscaping, and an equipment charging port.
