Located in the Shadow Mountain Shopping Center in northern Las Vegas, the 28,000-square-foot Filipino marketplace features dry goods, produce, and fresh meats and fish, as well as a deli that sells hot and ready-to-eat Filipino food and which includes a seating area.

Project Description
Roche’s scope of work consisted of demolishing existing ceilings, walls, and mezzanine along with tearing out the existing concrete to place new underground plumbing and refrigeration.
A new grease interceptor was installed in the parking lot and upgrades were made to the sanitary sewer lines. Unlike our two previous Seafood City projects, refrigeration was included in our scope of work. The exterior received a facelift that included a new storefront and paint.
