Project Description

The store and the canopy, which were provided by the owner, were both built off-site and shipped to the jobsite in several modules. The prefabricated building was then clad in brick/stone veneer.

Site development included excavation, installation of site utilities and fuel system, concrete foundation systems, and a concrete parking lot including curb/gutter and sidewalk connectors.
