The store is a prefabricated building, which was supplied by the owner, and is clad in a brick/stone veneer. Both the store and fuel pumps are covered by a canopy, which was also provided by the owner.

Roche’s scope of work consisted of site development including prepping the load-bearing spread footing foundation system for the prefabricated building, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, underground stormwater detention system, and fuel pump installation.
