Mountain View Fire District’s Fire Station #8 is located in the southern part of the Town of Erie.

Project Description

The station is constructed on a drilled pier/grade beam foundation system and is a wood-framed and masonry structure with a metal truss roof framing system.

The fire station consists of two oversized bays for apparatus, living quarters for six personnel who will be staffing the station full-time, and a meeting room. Sitework included excavation of fill, re-compaction of imported fill, site grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and landscaping.
