Roche Constructors’ second project for the fast-casual restaurant chain is located in the East Pointe Shopping Center in Windsor, Colorado, just east of the intersection of Highways 257 and 392.

The scope of work for the tenant finish included the full build-out of the core and shell space consisting of sheet metal, joint sealants, doors, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, paint, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical, and fire alarms. The space was finished with southern-style decor.
The completed restaurant features an open dining area, a point-of-sale counter, beverage counter, front kitchen area, back kitchen area, walk-in cooler, restrooms, office space, and a drive-thru.
