This project had an aggressive, complex construction schedule that included a 13,600-square-foot second floor balcony addition, demolition of outdated bleacher seats, the addition of 2,400 new stadium-style seats, a 12,600-square-foot renovation to the existing lobby, a new main entry, and the addition of an interior grand staircase.
