Project Description
The store is built on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/composite slab building frame system. The exterior is finished with an EIFS/masonry veneer. Unique features include an entrance tower and pine beetle kill cabinets.
The fuel center consists of ten pumps covered by a canopy.
Site development included grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, off-site infrastructure, and stormwater systems.
