Located adjacent to Bear Paw I, this project features a one-story, 10,800-square-foot retail building. Project Description

The building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/braced joist building frame system. The exterior is finished with Zip System sheathing and EIFS/masonry veneer. Roche Constructors completed the core and shell and site development for the three-acre Bear Paw site.

Currently, the building is home to Orange Theory Fitness, G Nail Lounge, Teriyaki Madness, After Hours Cocktail Bar, and Out of the Blue Coffee & Brunch, which has a drive-through lane.
