Internship Program
Roche Constructors is looking for talented and eager students for our Summer Internship Program. Our Internship Program offers students an opportunity to apply their knowledge and gain hands-on experience while exploring career options in the construction industry. We offer competitively-paid internships in project engineering and project estimating.
Our corporate mantra of Respect, Responsibility, and Relationships carries through to our Internship Program. We are looking to gain the respect of our interns by providing valuable learning opportunities, shoulder our responsibility of fostering and developing new leaders in the construction industry, and build relationships with the newest members of Team Roche.
That said, we are looking for students that are ready to grow, learn, and also have fun! In addition to practical experience, our program offers group training and group outings to develop a sense of team amongst the interns and with our staff. These relationships can lead to a job offer after graduation.
