Roche was awarded Albertsons Store #0195, which will be located at the intersection of North Decatur Boulevard and West Elkhorn Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The scope of work includes the construction of the 62,495-square-foot grocery store and development of the 6.3-acre site.
In addition to the standard grocery departments, the store will feature a Starbucks, a pharmacy with a consultation room and drive-up, employee breakroom and locker room, office space and human resources/training room, an alcove for gaming, and a Drive Up & Go order pick-up area.
Roche Constructors has been building Albertsons stores for the past 40 years. Store #0195 will be the company’s 37th Albertsons project.
Construction is scheduled to start in January with completion in October 2025.
