Roche Constructors was awarded its second Chicken Salad Chick project, which will be located in Johnstown at 4880 Larimer Parkway in the 2534 development.
The scope of work for the 2,648-square-foot tenant finish includes the full build-out of the core and shell space consisting of sheet metal, joint sealants, doors, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, paint, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical, and fire alarms. The space will be finished with southern-style decor.
The restaurant will feature an open dining area, a point-of-sale counter, beverage counter, front kitchen area, back kitchen area, walk-in cooler, restrooms, office space, and a drive-thru.
The project is scheduled to start in March and will be finished in July.
