Roche Constructors was the low bidder on the $6.5 million cafeteria addition and renovation at Eldorado High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. Roche is also working on a large security upgrades project at the school.
The project will consist of two major phases of work. The first phase will begin May 1, 2024, and will consist of a full kitchen upgrade complete with new finishes, utilities, and food service equipment. The foundation work for the new addition will be complete by July 30, 2024.
At the end of the 2024-25 school year, Roche will start phase two on May 1, 2025, which is construction of the addition. The new cafeteria will feature a large curtain wall, which will allow for ample sunlight and indoor and outdoor eating areas. Work will be complete by July 30, 2025.
