Roche was awarded an on-call general construction services contract with Aims Community College for work at any of their four campuses in Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, and Fort Lupton, Colorado.
Work may range in scale from ADA modifications to larger scale office/building remodels. The contract term starts August 1st and runs through July 2022. An option exists to renew the contract for four additional one-year terms.
Roche has been working under a similar contract with Aims since 2013. During the past eight years, Roche has completed Aims projects totaling approximately $36 million.
