Roche Constructors was awarded Murphy Express #8945 in Thornton, Colorado. This is the company’s second project with Murphy Oil USA.
Roche is responsible for the complete development of the 1.7-acre site and installation of the 2,433-square-foot convenience store with eight fuel pumps covered by a canopy. The store and the canopy, which are provided by the owner, are both built off-site and shipped to the jobsite in several modules. The prefabricated building will be clad in brick/stone veneer.
Site development includes excavation, installation of site utilities and fuel system, concrete foundation systems, and a concrete parking lot including new curb/gutter and sidewalk connectors.
Work is scheduled to start at the end of August with completion scheduled for mid-November.
