RocheSelect was awarded the 2021 Target Clubhouse Expansion projects at the Greeley and Westminster NE, Colorado, stores. The goal of the projects is to create a new Disney-themed retail space near the existing toy and children’s clothing areas. The scope of work includes demolition of the existing floor, new carpet tiles, installation of new lighting fixtures, and installation of new retail shelving fixtures.
Construction is scheduled to start and finish in August 2021. RocheSelect has recently been working with Target on nationwide special projects similar to this one, which includes exterior renovations, bathroom remodels, and Ulta Beauty expansions in both Colorado and Arizona.
