The market has a deli with a seating area that sells hot and ready-to-eat Filipino food. A Valerio’s Tropical Bake Shop – a Filipino bakery – also has a space in the store. Roche completed the tenant finish for Valerio’s under a separate contract.
The scope of work included selective demolition, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, interior framing and drywall, fixturing and millwork, flooring, and new interior wall finishes.
