Located in the Northglenn Marketplace shopping center located off I-25 on 104th Avenue, this project is our second Bed Bath & Beyond project in Colorado. The store has an existing location in the shopping center but will be downsizing and relocating to a vacant Borders bookstore as part of the redevelopment of the center. Roche’s scope of work includes demolishing all interior finishes and installing new walls and ceilings to conform to the standard Bed Bath & Beyond layout. New interior finishes include carpet, polished concrete floors, and installation of owner-provided millwork and checkout stands.
The challenge of this project is the accelerated schedule that allows for no downtime between closing the existing store and opening the store in its new location.
