UCHealth Elk Lakes Medical Center – Greeley, CO
Roche Constructors transformed a former Natural Grocers store into a 7,138-square-foot urgent and primary care clinic for UCHealth. The scope of work included full interior finishes for reception and exam spaces as well as the demolition of an existing mezzanine, which was rebuilt as a mechanical and IT platform. Exterior improvements included new door systems, infilling of existing openings, and cosmetic upgrades.

Precision Oral Surgery Tenant Finish – Greeley, CO
As part of the Sparrowhawk office building in west Greeley, Roche delivered a 4,285-square-foot interior tenant finish for this specialized oral surgery center. The facility includes operatory and recovery rooms, two sterile rooms, a consultation area, a reception/waiting space, a break room, a nurse’s station, and administrative offices.

Salida del Sol Academy Health Clinic Addition – Greeley, CO
Roche constructed a 3,125-square-foot addition and remodel to this charter school, which originally opened in 2013. The 1,640-square-foot health clinic, operated by Sunrise Community Health, includes exam rooms, a dental room, behavioral health spaces, a lab, an office, and reception. The remaining 1,085 square feet houses school administrative offices, a conference room, and a teacher workroom.
