Pathways Hospice and Palliative Care has awarded Roche Constructors the Pathways PACE Senior Day Center and Clinic in Greeley, Colorado. The scope of work includes the 11,500-square-foot interior remodel of the first-floor space in the old Greeley Medical Center building located at 1900 16th Street.
PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, which will provide medical, social, and spiritual care for nursing home eligible seniors across the Greeley area. Designed by RTA Architects, the Pathways PACE center will include day and activity rooms, a medical clinic, and administrative space that will eventually serve as many as 400 seniors throughout Greeley.
Preconstruction will start immediately with construction starting in late January 2025. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2025.
