Roche Awarded Firestone Target Store

Roche Constructors was awarded a new Target Store in Firestone, Colorado, which will be located in the Firestone City Centre south of Home Depot.

The 127,735-square-foot store will be constructed on an 11-acre site, which Roche will be developing. Along with the standard Target departments, this store will feature a Starbucks, Ulta, and a drive-up order pickup area.

Construction will start in June 2025, and the grand opening will be held in July 2026.
