Weld County awarded Roche Constructors the contract for the County’s Southeast Annex Building, which will be built at 2950 9th Street in Fort Lupton, Colorado. The site is adjacent to the Weld County Southeast Service Center.
Roche is responsible for construction of the 16,800-square-foot building and development of the 1.3-acre site.
The annex building will be home to motor vehicle offices, probation offices, and a medical clinic. Amenities include offices, conference rooms, reception and lobby space, break areas, and storage.
Construction will start in early July with completion scheduled for April 2024.
