UCHealth has awarded Roche Constructors the renovation of the former Natural Grocers location at 2819 35th Avenue in Greeley into urgent care and primary care outpatient clinics.
The scope of work for the 7,138-square-foot building includes the complete interior finishes for a reception area and exam rooms as well as the demolition of the existing mezzanine space down to an equipment platform with only mechanical and IT spaces. Exterior work includes a new door, infill of existing openings, and cosmetic revisions.
Construction will start in June with completion in January 2024.
