The Clark County School District awarded Roche a remodel project at the Curriculum and Professional Development Center (CPD) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The scope of work includes remodeling the existing office space to convert it to eleven individual offices. Work will consist of selective demolition, framing, drywall, doors, glazing, ceilings, electrical, telecommunications, and HVAC and fire suppression system modifications.
Work will start the week of May 8th with completion scheduled for the end of June.
