Roche Constructors was awarded its first Construction Manager at Risk contract with the Clark County School District for the Laura Dearing Elementary School Replacement project in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Valued at $23.8 million, Roche will work with the Clark County School District and kga, Inc., to design and construct a new 63,500-square-foot elementary school on the existing school site. The scope of work also includes the demolition and abatement of the existing school building and annex building.
Roche Constructors has been working with the Clark County School District since 1996, and the Laura Dearing Elementary School will be our 31st project with the District.
Preconstruction services will start on November 7th, and construction will start in May 2024 with a construction duration of 363 calendar days.
