Weld County, Colorado, awarded Roche Constructors the $8.6 million Sheriff’s Office Training Site and Shooting Range in Carr, Colorado.
Construction will start immediately and will consist of mass grading to construct the thirty-foot shooting berms for the 100 yard, 50 yard, and 25 yard shooting ranges. The project also includes an 8,264-square-foot pre-engineered metal building that will serve as a classroom building for law enforcement.
All range equipment will be included in the scope of work consisting of automated turning target systems, manual target systems, and a moving target system. Each range will be equipped with state-of-the-art target tracking equipment and systems.
Work will be complete by November 15, 2022.
