Roche Constructors was the low bidder for Clark County School District’s $32.8 million Ruby S. Thomas Elementary School Replacement in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The scope of work includes abatement and demolition of the existing school and the construction of a new 99,866-square-foot campus, which will consist of one single-story building and one two-story building.
Site development of the 7.8-acre lot includes overlot grading, on-site and off-site utility improvements, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, off-site improvements/road work, site retaining walls, storm water system, playing fields, playgrounds, and an outdoor stage with a covered shade structure.
The project will begin in mid-June 2022 and will be complete in May 2023.
