Roche Constructors has been awarded the Design-Build contract for the new classroom addition at University Schools in Greeley, Colorado.
Robert Shreve Architects will begin design immediately on the 8,200-square-foot addition. This addition includes a main entrance to the high school, additional classrooms, a flex room, an additional office space for the main office, counselors, and administrators. Construction will be complete by August 2022.
This project marks one of several successful projects built by Roche Constructors for University Schools. These projects include the original school, middle school building, weight room building, an addition, and several remodel projects over the past 20 years.
