Roche Constructors has been awarded the Sam’s Club No. 6430 Remodel project in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
The scope of work includes selective demolition; installation of two new refrigeration cases; and revised plumbing, HVAC, and energy management system. The bakery area will be remodeled to include a new juice bar, and the exterior will get a new CMU Block trash enclosure.
Construction will start in mid-July and be finished in mid-September.
