Roche Awarded Gerety & Associates Expansion

Roche Constructors has been awarded the Gerety & Associates Expansion project in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Construction will consist of an interior renovation/build-out of the remaining space in the existing 6823 South Eastern Building for a new office space. Scope will include extending the existing MEP systems into the new space for completion.

Construction will start in early May and be finished in the beginning of August.
