Roche Constructors was awarded the Liberty Tree Academy Phase II Addition in Falcon, Colorado.
The project will include a two-story, 13,600-square-foot addition that will house science rooms, traditional classrooms, and offices as well as restrooms on both floors. The scope of work also includes two smaller 200-square-foot additions to the existing gymnasium for new locker rooms and storage space. Sitework will include developing a new parking lot.
Construction is scheduled to start on September 15th, and the project is scheduled for completion by April 15, 2021.
