Roche Constructors has been awarded the Monarch Poker Room project in Black Hawk, Colorado.
Located in the Monarch Casino Resort Spa, the existing porte cochere will be transformed into a 6,215-square-foot poker room with a vestibule and hallway entrance to the hotel/casino. The new space will feature a see-through fireplace from the hallway into the poker room, high-end warm wood finishes on the walls and ceilings, and tile and carpet throughout.
The poker room will have a guest welcome station, two restrooms, and a small kitchen area for a server to provide drinks and snacks to the players.
The project will start at the end of July and will be completed at the start of 2021.
