Roche Constructors was the low bidder for Clark County School District’s $25.7 million Unnamed Elementary School at Chapata Drive and Casady Hollow Avenue in Henderson, Nevada.
The Project consists of the construction of a 90,371-square-foot K-5 facility on a 10-acre lot, which currently serves as a park. The 719-student capacity school will help alleviate crowding at the nearby schools.
Site development includes playgrounds, shade structures, parking, off-site improvements, and on-site utilities to support the project.
The project has a duration of 310 days.
