Roche Constructors was awarded Target Store No. T-3386 in the University Hills Plaza shopping center in Denver, Colorado.
Roche will complete the interior transformation of the store, which was once a Stein Mart. The Target sales area will be on the upper level with stock/office/receiving on the lower level.
Construction is scheduled to start late this year, and the store will open to the public in July 2021.
