JLL awarded RocheSelect the tenant improvement for Vitalant’s new Donor Center in Greeley, Colorado. Vitalant, a community blood service provider, supplies comprehensive transfusion medicine services to nearly 1,000 hospitals and health care partners for patients across 40 states.
The scope of work for the 2,036-square-foot renovation includes demolition; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications; and construction of a donation space, storage (regular and bio-hazard) areas, office space and tech rooms, restrooms, breakroom, and reception/lobby.
The renovation will start in early May and will be finished by early July.
