Roche Constructors was the low bidder for the $1.8 million Clayton Park in Erie, Colorado.
Located in the newly-developed Erie Highlands neighborhood, the 8.5-acre park will have two baseball/softball fields, one soccer field, basketball half court, walking trails, playground with an embankment slide, and a shade and picnic area structure. Roche is also responsible for site grading and drainage, utility tie-ins, irrigation system, and landscaping.
Construction started in February 2020 and is scheduled for completion in September 2020.
