Roche Constructors was awarded Target Store No. T-3365 in the Sugar House district in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Roche will complete the interior transformation of the store, which was once a Nordstrom Rack. The Target sales area will be on the upper level with stock/office/receiving on the lower level.
Construction is scheduled to start in April 2020, and the store will open to the public on October 25, 2020.
