Clark County School District has awarded Roche Constructors the William E. Orr Middle School Remodel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The 122,249-square-foot campus consists of three buildings, and our scope of work includes updating ductwork, electrical conduits and panels, HVAC equipment, intrusion alarm, CCTV, clock intercom, local area network systems, classroom projectors, and concrete. We will also paint the interior and exterior and replace the roof.
Construction will start February 1, 2019, and completion is scheduled for September 2019. The work will primarily be done in the evenings and on weekends to avoid disruption to the staff and students.
